Dean Keating, the AI Automation Consultant Behind Gosport Guide
A plain profile of the person who publishes this directory and also installs AI agents for small businesses: what the service is, what his own website says about him, and what is not claimed.
Dean Keating is an AI automation consultant based in Horndean, Hampshire, who builds AI agents for small businesses and installs them in the tools they already use. He publishes Gosport Guide and works with Gosport firms remotely. The first call is free and there is no published price list. Call or WhatsApp 07418 627304.
Why this page exists
You are reading a directory of Gosport businesses, and the person who runs it also sells a service. We would rather say that plainly than leave you to find out. Dean Keating's profile sits in its own AI category, marked as the publisher's business, outside any ranking and not a paid slot.
The person
Dean lives and works in Horndean, Hampshire, which is the same county as Gosport. He is not a Gosport firm and has no office here. His website says the build and install are done remotely anywhere in the UK, and also that he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person, so ask on the first call if you want to meet.
His own site gives a short history: a Shopify 10K Award, more than ten years in marketing, more than a million orders driven through Meta ads, and five years as a professional stand-up comedian before that. Those are his claims, not ours, and we have not checked them independently. He has no rated Google business listing, so there is no star score to quote.
The service in one paragraph
It is done for you. He builds the AI agents, installs them in the email, web chat, WhatsApp, diary and accounting tools you already have, trains whoever will work alongside them and keeps supporting it afterwards. His site describes it as installed for you, not handed over. It is not a course, it is not phone answering and it is not a chatbot you buy off a shelf.
What the agents are for
Jobs named on his website include replying to new enquiries within minutes, following up every lead until they book or say no, sending quotes and chasing the ones nobody answered, booking work into the diary, answering common questions, sorting messages, sending confirmations and reminders, handing tricky cases to a person, raising invoices, chasing late payments, copying details between systems and producing a weekly report.
How it starts
There are four steps: a free call, an audit of the work that is worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He begins with the single task that would make the most difference rather than trying to automate everything at once. You come away from the call with a plan you can use with him or without him.
What it costs
There is no price list to publish. The cost is given after the free call and depends on what is being automated. There is no obligation to go ahead.
Other things he does
He also builds websites for trades and small businesses and does SEO. Those services sit on deankeating.com and are separate from this page.
